I’ve been training with Mercedes since September 2021 as soon as we meet I felt a connection. I feel like I’m working out with a friend. As former track and field, volleyball and basketball high school/college athlete and avid fitness enthusiast most people would think I shouldn't really need a trainer. Although this may be accurate I will say even the greatest athletes in their respective fields have very knowledgeable trainers helping them properly strengthen and push their limits. Without a doubt Mercedes DeJesus is one of these amazing trainers, she is down to earth and easy to talk with. At the same time she is knowledgeable in training techniques and has the right amount of ruthlessness in my opinion required by any trainer to push a client towards a goal. Before getting trained by Mercedes I had hit a wall in my fitness progress and after a few sessions that wall was began to crumble an I can say without a doubt it's because Mercedes has helped me push through it. For anyone looking to get back into their fit life or are completely new to the game, I highly recommend you consider Mercedes as your trainer. Mercedes is a whole amount of know how with tons of joy and just enough aggressive push required in a trainer all wrapped up in a little bundle ready to help you realize your fitness/health goals.

She’s very well priced, extraordinary at her job and works with you to get you where you want to be. Her accountability, knowledge and understanding of how people are makes her a top tier trainer in my eyes. 

I don’t know where I would be with my fitness journey If it wasn’t for Merc and I can say the same for my fiancé. She has helped him gain so much mobility back after multiple years of abuse on his body and same as I.

I really can't believe how much better my husband and I feel. We've been working with Mercedes as our trainer for 8 weeks. We both had huge mobility and balance issues. She has conscientiously worked through pain and stiffness with us. We've never been hurt or stiff yet we've achieved so much. Bill is awaiting knee surgery and has experienced more mobility.
