DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?

Nutritional guidance? No. I will never turn away helping with tips and tricks! When you check out my plans you will see which include certain parts of nutrition and which don't. Making your choice to choose the right plan for you that much easier!

WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?

It all depends on your goals! The best way to determine this is to reach out and book a consultation with me. Once I get to know you and your goals better I can better asses what you need.

HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR GYM TRAINER?

I am just like most of you. I have had the roller coasters of weight gain and loss. I'm a person, I am a mom and I understand. I am here to help you in all the ways a trainer can. My job as a trainer is to provide you with a safe environment where you can learn, achieve your goals and build healthy habits.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

If you sign up for a plan you will receive monthly notifications 7 days before the invoice/payment is due for automatic withdrawal. If you choose to cancel all you need to do is sign into your member account and cancel it. With enough notice for the banks not to charge. If automatic withdrawal isn't for you we do have PIF options as well. All sales are final and non-refundable.

In regards to sessions, 24 hour notice is required for the session not to be charged.
